Some doctors are paid to lie in their reports: daggers of ‘delusional disorders’ backfire… Painful, cracking jaws is a daily reminder to fight on, while Dr Rumbak pays his mafia for protection: lawyer Rohan Barry Isaacs represents Deneys Reitz attorneys, instructed by Medical Protection Society (Dr Rumbak’s insurers), underwritten by Lloyds of London… The law society protects rogue lawyers; the health professions council protects negligent doctors; the health department has NO control over Dr Rumbak, because he pays for privileges to be untouchable ‘in private practice’ ! A corrupt medical state-capture mafia with syndicated criminality, operates unashamedly in South Africa. My great honour now - which overrides post-graduate Economics Research - is alerting the world that there is NO justice for medical-negligence victims in South Africa. RUMBAK is sheltered by MEDICAL PROTECTION SOCIETY… District Surgeon’s & Doctors’ Reports are PROOF AND INCONTROVERTIBLE EVIDENCE, confirming permanent mouth-damage: Dr Rumbak has damaged THREE other patients (post-operative infection, post-operative sinus problems & incorrect crown fittings); in ONE case, adv. Brian Spilg forced him to admit guilt, with “an out-of-court arrangement”. The presiding judge – Claassen - would NOT permit demonstrating to the court mouth-damage when I chew; he would NOT allow me to spell out damage-details relating to Dr Rumbak’s THREE other victims, which is Relevant Corroborative Evidence, In The Public Interest (The Public has a Right to Know); he shouted at me, and (wrongly) allowed adv. John Suttner (with a nervous shoulder-tic) to ask a ‘leading question’: [“are you telling the court there are only five ‘straight’ doctors in South Africa - all the rest are ‘crooks’?”, when I referred to two doctors’ lies & false medical certificates, resulting in Steve Biko’s murder-case being forced open by five ‘straight’ doctors (see below)]. These are pointers to public abuse of legal rules, contrary to proper court procedure: a failed justice system… This same judge treated a burnt-vagina victim with contempt, awarding a negligible pittance; the doctor implicated fled South Africa! The government has an obligatory duty to act NOW!  Judicial Services Commission MUST remove old, arrogant, aggressive, hostile & blatantly-biased, apartheid-mentality judges, who mete out what Americans call “a purchased verdict”…  Dr Rumbak’s defamatory character-assassination report states that I am “an Economics lecturer; a bachelor with psychological problems, living in a Yeoville flat, playing the piano in bars”. (Uncanny that Dr Rumbak wanted to book me into hospital - for a general anaesthetic - to remove splintered tooth-roots). For the record, my Economics students achieved highest marks in national examinations on THREE occasions; I played The Tusk Bar’s piano at The Palace at Sun City, provided piano-music for Cape Judges at The Five Flies Restaurant, and was pianist at a prominent Cape wine-farm for The King of Jordan’s visit: This is TRUTH, and not a ‘delusional disorder’, as per Dr David Shevel’s report (see below). By butchering my mouth, Dr Rumbak has stolen my lecturing career; Dr Rumbak has stolen my ability to talk normally; Dr Rumbak has stolen my ability to chew without pain. This laager-mentality (blinkered reasoning) sanctions vestiges of the barbaric, antediluvian apartheid system, and is a perfect, paragon example of ‘the right of eminent domain’, where a doctor with a track-record of medical negligence, high blood-pressure, and questionable competency in carrying out delicate procedures, pays whatever it takes to be ‘untouchable’, and above-the-law, because he is in ‘private practice’! THIS IS A PROTOTYPE PARAGON EXAMPLE OF A CORRUPT MEDICAL STATE-CAPTURE MAFIA. Where’s the logic? The ‘right of eminent domain’ is WRONG! HEALTH PROFESSIONS COUNCIL – admitting its failed duty to protect The Public - is aware of Dr Rumbak’s medical negligence history & his character-assassination report: his file is kept in a dark-room. “Dr. Motsoaledi has found the Health Professions Council of South Africa to be deeply dysfunctional” (The Times 7 October 2016). The world would have believed that freedom-fighter, Steve Biko, committed suicide, because Dr Ivor Lang & Dr Benjamin Tucker lied, filling in false medical certificates to hide TRUTH. Five brazen doctors (Frances Ames, Professor Phillip Tobias, Trefor Jenkins, Edward Barker & Leslie Robertson) forced the health professions council to re-open the case, proving that Steve Biko was MURDERED by the apartheid security police. The toothless health professions council - whose ridiculous credo is “guiding the professions and protecting the public” - MUST BE COMPELLED into an inquiry, by re-opening Dr Rumbak’s negligence-history file. This council found Dr Rumbak ‘blameless’, without assessing my mouth-damage. On my insistence, elderly chairman Dr Dreyer, granted a meeting, but forbade my witnesses to testify; he referred to his own pain, which accompanies old age; my butchered mouth is a direct result of Dr Rumbak’s professional negligence. The South African medico-legal system backs negligent doctors; stubborn victims who take a stand, are suffocated into silence by a powerful mafia-network, which uses evil and subversive tactics: 1. The law society protected my lawyer - Peter Soller - at bogus investigations; disciplinary head, Mr du Plessis, threatened “to have me removed, if I do not keep quiet”. Soller sent Death Threats, and purposely spoilt my case. Judges Bertelsmann & de Villiers struck him off the roll, stating that “Soller is a danger to society”! What is the law society going to do with Rohan Barry Isaacs? Appointing lawyers as guardians of TRUTH, is comparable to wolves protecting sheep! Justice Minister Michael Masutha is urged to investigate & expose criminally-corrupt legal procedures, medical fraud, and false medical reports issued by a collusive & conspiring medical mafia gang of ‘private-practice’ doctors. • MAE NAVIAS, a pensioned-off social-worker, who wormed her way back as ‘consultant’ - together with Bernard David, an advocate-wearing-a-skullcap - stands accused of putting a dagger in my soul, by plotting to have me evaluated at a psychiatric facility, which is mental torture; failing that, Navias blackmailed me into evaluation by Dr Gunther Winkler; he was curious to know how I remain “positive, motivated & strong”, then prescribed anti-psychotic drugs – haloperidol & benzhexol – which cause stiffness, shaking & sudden Death: this is the behaviour of a Nazi murderer; Dr Winkler tried to persuade me to submit an application form (which he had already filled out) for a disability grant on the grounds of a ‘psychiatric delusional disorder’; I label this low-class gambit as despicably-devilish. Mae Navias – as an accomplice – is as guilty of planned murder as the accused, Dr Gunther Winkler. At a Religious Ceremony on 29 November 2011, Mae Navias told me that she is “an old lady, and wants to make Peace”. My reply stands: “There will be Peace, after we face TRUTH”! Mae Navias finally stepped down on 28 February 2014.  Helen Zille - Democratic Alliance’s Cape premier - promised “to crack private-sector corruption, with zero tolerance”; her body-guard – Robert MacDonald - cross-examined me at the Civic Centre (as one would with a terrorist) when I presented my grievances relating to medico-legal corruption, fraud, and crime. Helen Zille must keep her “zero tolerance” promises “to crack private-sector corruption”, now that her party has garnered a majority percentage vote in the Western Cape…  Corruption Watch is too focused on public-sector corruption, allowing private-sector corruption to grow into a thriving cancer. Doctors who damage patients in South Africa, are then FREE to continue practising!

Presiding Judge Claasens in CHAIT vs RUMBAK had an abusive, apartheid-mentality, and he was blatantly biased:
• at court chambers, he was noticeably friendly with the doctor’s legal team
• he would NOT permit me to demonstrate to the court that after Dr. J.M. Rumbak’s botched surgery, I chew like a donkey
• he would not permit me to spell out to the court, details of damage inflicted on Dr. Rumbak’s THREE (3) other victims, which is corroborating evidence – in one instance, Dr. Rumbak admitted guilt, and carried the costs
• he allowed Dr. Rumbak’s advocate to ask me a “leading question”
• he shouted at me after the day’s proceedings, while I was sitting in the Public Gallery

In America, the above biased behaviour would trigger Public alarms, pointing to a “purchased verdict”!
Apartheid-inherited medical corruption & fraud is still alive & active, years after Mr. Nelson Mandela cracked the shackles of apartheid open!
What will it take to finally kill this South African medico-legal cancer?

Lawyer Rohan Barry Isaacs used all the money it took, to play down my professional role in society, manipulating all evidence to point towards insanity…

Rumbak into a “MENTAL CONDITION” - “a pre-existing condition, in my imagination”!

Isaacs was banking on labelling my permanent mouth-pain and discomfort caused by Dr. Rumbak, as a “delusional disorder”!
Isaacs used all the money it took to fight me to finality: he, inter alia, suppressed and destroyed Truth; he intimidated my Chief Witness into silence; he dispossessed me, fragmenting my life; he traumatised me with threats of serving me with orders, compelling me into humiliating psychiatric evaluation by his hired-guns; he paid for all the reports he required, to absolve Dr. Rumbak from shouting guilt; he encouraged Dr. Rumbak NOT to claim from his professional indemnity insurance.
Isaacs agreed, in Hebrew, over the telephone: “God forbid” something like this happens to him!

I am adamant to make a statement, by asking The Public SIX QUESTIONS with regard to medical negligence, triggering reactions, which will make the guilty parties assess all the terrible torture they have inflicted on me for almost sixteen (16) years, while I honour TRUTH - and the Laws of Logic - invincibly:


1. Is it Legal & Right that the South African Health Department has no control over doctors in private practice? This shocking fact was revealed at my meeting with MEC for Health, Mr. Amos Masondo, before he became Johannesburg Mayor!

2. Is it Legal & Right that doctors’ insurers appoint pettifogger lawyers, who resort to subversive & reprehensible tricks to have victims of medical malpractice noosed?

3. Victim intimidation & Witness intimidation is lawyers’ entrenched behaviour in South Africa. Is this evil tactic not a criminal offense?

4. Why is it that in America & England, negligent doctors are FORCED by the legal system to admit guilt, while South Africa remains backward & different? Victims of medical negligence continue to be buried effortlessly, with ‘untouchable’ doctors having free reign, coupled with all the protection they require!

5. Am I expected to accept never being able to chew and speak normally - living a life of discomfort - after being butchered by a doctor with a negligence history?

6. Conspiracy is a convictable offense. What will be done about the parties who networked, in order to silence my legitimate grievances?

Behaving like a Nazi-murderer, comrade-doctor Gunther Winkler asked me how I “manage to keep so positive, motivated, and strong”? He then prescribed lethal anti-psychotic drugs - Haloperidol & Benzhexol - which cause stiffness, shaking, sudden Death… AND SILENCE!
“’Psychotic’ is the professional term for what we popularly know as insanity, and the distinguishing sign of the psychotic is that he has lost touch with reality. He sees or hears as real what is going on only in his imagination, and we call this hallucination” (Dr. Allan Fromme).

The conspiracy-of-silence required further closing-of-ranks, in order to shut my broken mouth: an evil, old social worker, tried to trap me into a soul-destroying and humiliating evaluation at Valkenberg Mental Institution!

Each member of this “gang of professionals” - involved in aborting my efforts to mete out Truth, Justice, Human Rights, and Punitive Damages, by playing down a case of blatant medical negligence in South Africa - will eventually be forced to explain!
They will have to account for their joint-temerity in torturing my soul, and fingering my sanity!

… “a bullet between the doctor’s eyes”?
… “a panga over the doctor’s head”?
… “committing suicide”?
I say “NO”! Two wrongs do NOT make a right!

But I am commanded - without relenting - to do everything in my power to reduce this cancerous evil - by making a difference - so that South Africa becomes a better place for other victims.
I have no compunction about the time it will take, but I will continue to follow through on my Calling with indomitable courage, and to the best of my ability!
If I do not uphold GOD’S SIGNATURE OF TRUTH, I stand accused of selling my soul to the devil, having wasted my life as a Teacher!

A paradigm shift - to retain my dignity - propels me to provide live piano-music, to sooth people’s souls:
MUSIC IS THE HIGHEST TRUTH, because anybody can detect a false note!
